OK, this is not a complete historical representation of all of the systems we brewed with but we really liked our lastest creation. This started with a shelving unit purchased from a home improvement store and grew from there...

The capacity of our system allowed us to do some barrel aging. 

Controlling fermentation temerature is very important. It's not glycol but it's the best we had for a 45 gallon fermenter. It did work by the way.

Lets have some friends over....

If you have a hot tub, they also work as a cooler if you happen to have a need to keep 15 kegs cold.

Don't ask... I will say the pig was butally murdered later that day...
